Lake Worth Project

This waterfront condo was a foreclosure, abandoned for 10 years and in terrible condition. We started the project with a full renovation of the Kitchen, opening it to the view of the Dining and Living Rooms.

For the design of the Kitchen we used shaker-style cabinetry in walnut, doubling the total cabinet space for more practicality. Subway tile in iridescent blues was used as a backsplash in a perfect balance with granite countertops in soft sand colors.

The combined Living and Dining Room area was decorated with charcoal gray sectionals and dining chairs. The dining table base, accent chairs and a few other pieces were vintage finds. Mixing old and new, we were able to create the eclectic look that the customers requested.
